Yuhuan Putian Starter Device Co., Ltd., abbreviated as "Putian Company", is located in Yuhuan County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. Founded in 1983, it is an automotive parts manufacturing enterprise mainly engaged in the production of automotive starter one-way clutch series and automotive window shaking motors. At present, we have three production bases and established the Motor Division in 2006. As of 2014, Putian Company has achieved an annual output of 12 million single directional devices, 8 million single gears and star wheels, 3 million P-shafts, and more than 1000 employees. Putian Company has a development history of more than 30 years, focusing on the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of automotive one-way actuators. The company has always adhered to the value of "Putian's common cause" and, guided by the strategic policy of "building an integrated starter matching operator", is committed to progress. Through unremitting efforts and honest management, Putian people have passed ISO/TS16949 and IS014000 environmental management system certifications in 2005 and 2009, establishing a good market reputation with excellent products and perfect services. The main clients of the company's cooperation include Bosch from Germany, Denso from Tianjin, Denso from Huachuan, Hitachi from Changsha, Remy from the United States, Hanna from Jinzhou, and Petrel from Beijing. It has also become the preferred supplier for Bosch's procurement in Germany and the designated supplier for heavy vehicles in Iskra. The products are used for models such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, etc. The company's "Zhejiang Hi tech Products" has won a series of honors such as "Zhejiang Hi tech Enterprise", "Zhejiang exemplary organization Concerned about Migrant Workers", "Taizhou Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Studio", etc. On the path of sustainable development, Putian Company continuously enhances its core competitiveness, regards technological innovation as the engine of the company's development, and takes standardized management as the route for the enterprise to set sail. 
Under the strong development momentum, Putian Company insists on consolidating the foundation of the enterprise, continuously investing and upgrading in hardware equipment, possessing excellent domestic cold extrusion molding technology, automatic and semi-automatic assembly production lines for single directional devices. Taking the commissioning of the new Shamen factory as an opportunity, Putian Company has invested about 50 million yuan to introduce intelligent equipment, and the company's intelligent production coverage rate will reach over 60%. At the same time, the company is equipped with inspection, measurement, and testing equipment; Continuously improving and enhancing software capabilities, working hand in hand with excellent supporting customers, deeply promoting lean production (TPS) and refined management, implementing information technology construction in logistics, production management, technology research and development, and human resources management, and implementing standardized quality management systems.

Development History

In 1983, Yuhuan Kanmen Transportation Machinery Parts Factory was established, mainly producing screws and nuts 
In 1993, the production of automotive screws and nuts was transformed into a single direction drive for automotive engine starting motors 
In 1995, it was renamed as "Sanyang Unidirectional Instrument Co., Ltd 
Became a supplier of Tianjin Denso in 1995 
In 1997, we became a supporting supplier for Hanna and Huachuan Electric Equipment in Jinzhou 
Passed ISO9000 quality system certification system in 1998 
Became a supporting supplier for Hitachi in Changsha in 2000 
In 2002, it was renamed Yuhuan Putian Unidirectional Instrument Co., Ltd., and the address was moved from the original Yuhuan Kanmen Fishing Boat to Yuhuan Kanmen Technology Industrial Park 
Became a supporting supplier for Iskra in 2003 
Established the Window Shaking Motor Division in 2004 
Became a Bosch supporting supplier in Changsha in 2005 
Passed ISO/TS16949 certification in 2005 
Became a global Bosch supplier in 2007

Tianjin Putian Company started production in 2010
